There are vegan snacks you can make and munch on in mere minutes. Here are some quick and easy vegan recipes for you to try out on your next meal.

  1. Cereals. Choose your favorite cereal, whether it be Cheerios or Fruity Pebbles, then add non-dairy milk. You can try soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk and rice milk to see which one you like the best. You can choose to add sliced bananas or any other fruit to your corn flakes, even nuts.
  2. Fruit smoothie. How about a cold organic fruit smoothie? Add ice, non-dairy milk and a banana and enjoy the natural goodness. Mix and match your favorite fruits to get different flavors. Change the amount of bananas you put in to change the consistency of your fruit smoothie.
  3. Chocolate pudding. Mix two cups of soy milk with the following: 3 tablespoons of organic cocoa, half a cup of sugar, 5 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until it’s smooth. Cook it over medium heat until it becomes thick. Then pour it on something to store in the fridge.
  4. Tofu stir fry. Tofu is a great source of soy protein. You can use it in exchange of typical recipes that call for meat or eggs. Here’s one quick and easy vegan meal. This one consists of cubing the firm tofu, frying with vegetable oil and raw soy sauce, then add all organic veggies such as carrots, eggplant, zucchini, cabbage, bean sprouts, pea pods, and onions. You may serve it over organically grown rice / brown rice.
  5. Be creative. Most ingredients out there are vegan. Mix and match whatever you have, just make sure to not add dairy milk, eggs or meat to it and enjoy.
